Refunds & Exchanges

We encourage all of our customers to choose items carefully as C’est Bien Collection does not offer a refund or exchange for change of mind.

Refunds and exchanges will be available where the product is faulty or damaged in the delivery process. We require written notice accompanied with photos of any damage within 48 hours of delivery.

We endeavour to accurately describe all of our products through the use of photos and descriptions. Please note that colours may vary due to lighting. Please contact us should you require any additional details for our products.

At C’est Bien Collection, our merchandise is distinctively handmade. The appearance and colour may vary between the items, with no two pieces being identical. Depending on the product, minor marks may be visible due to the individuality of each product. This is expected for handcrafted homewares and is not considered a reason for refund or exchange.

Payment of your purchases can be made as follows:

Please note that we do not accept American Express and Diners Credit Cards.

We ensure your personal information is secure throughout the payment process. We will not be liable for any losses caused if a member’s card is used fraudulently. To prevent fraudulent use of credit cards or other payment options, we undertake reasonable efforts to confirm the legitimacy of the order and payment method. This process may include requesting proof of identity. However, we do not guarantee that we can prevent the fraudulent use of such information by unauthorised third parties.

In relation to bank transfers, please ensure your Order Number is included as the Reference within your payment details area. This will assist us in confirming payment of your order.

Pricing

Prices of products and any taxes displayed on this website are intended to be current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability.  All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars. Please note that any delivery fees will be calculated and displayed upon checkout.

Delivery

Delivery fees and times differ for different products and are determined based on the size of your order and its delivery address. The delivery fee for your order will be displayed during the checkout process. Changes made to the delivery address after placing an order may incur additional charges, which we reserve the right to request to add to your original delivery charge.

Please note that most orders will go out the day after the order is processed depending on number of orders in the system. The majority of orders are sent with Australia Post and delivery to major cities on the east coast will take approximately one to three business days from date of dispatch. Items going to Adelaide can take up to four business days and items to Perth can take up to five business days. The above timeframes are not guaranteed by Australia Post nor the courier service used for our larger products.

Our delivery calculator will only calculate postage using Australia Post rates. Large items such as furniture must be sent with couriers and their rates may differ. We will contact you with the correct delivery cost for your approval.

Please note that a post office box address or parcel locker cannot be accepted as address for delivery.

Custom Orders

We note that not all of our items are advertised on our website. Should you have a particular item you are after, please feel free to email our friendly team who may be able to assist you with sourcing the item.

Changes/ Errors in Pricing

We make every effort to ensure that our pricing is correct and up to date. In the event that the price of your purchase is higher than that quoted on our website, we will contact you immediately to advise and to gain your permission to proceed with the order. Should you not wish to proceed with the order, you will be offered a full refund.
